Secondary schools today are arguably challenged more than ever – internally, in terms of curriculum delivery and reporting demands, and externally in terms of impacting the wider community.

As we at Oasis Community Learning continue to open transformational Academies across the country, we are pioneering new approaches based on a mission to achieve excellence in educational delivery while developing the communities we serve.

We can only do this with the help of passionate, dedicated people. We are looking for individuals who have the talent to make a difference in both an evolving culture and a fast moving organisation. We recognise this may not suit everyone; however, if you have the energy, vision and commitment, if what we’re doing resonates with your thinking, we should be talking.

In 2007 we opened three Academies: Immingham, Wintringham and Enfield…

In 2008 we opened six more: Coulsdon, MediaCityUK, in Salford, Bristol, Brightstowe, Mayfield and Lord's Hill, both in Southampton…

In 2009 with new Academies opening in Croydon and in NE Enfield (Oasis Academy Hadley) we will continue to expand the boundaries of our local involvement…
