An exciting opportunity to shape the new Oasis Academy Hadley in Enfield

We are looking for a talented English Teacher to work in partnership with our Learning Co-ordinator in leading the English Learning Area.   You will be an innovative and inspirational teacher with excellent interpersonal skills.

This is an excellent development opportunity if you are looking to make a difference.  A proven track record in raising standards of Literacy is essential. If you have the potential to be a senior leader in the future and wish to grow professionally with our Academy then this could be the challenge you are looking for.

Standards of achievement in English and across the Academy have risen rapidly since we opened in 2009.  In January 2011 Ofsted judged that the Academy had made good progress towards raising standards and has a strong capacity to continue its improvement.   At the end of 2012 we move to a brand new building in Ponders End.
