We are seeking to recruit a Youth Development Worker to be based in Oasis Academy Hadley situated in North East Enfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding youth work within the Academy and the local community.
The candidate will research, develop and Implement programmes of support to young people such as: individual mentoring, group work, afterschool activities, outreach work, centre-based programmes, holiday schemes, trips and residentials.
Excellent communication, inter-personal skills, flexibility and a team player are also essential requirements. The successful post holder would ideally live in the area around the Academy
