The Oasis IT Team operates across the country, as a single team made up of around 100 specialist technicians, engineers, project managers and service managers providing a full range of services to our academies.
Service Delivery and the National Service Desk
Operating based on ITiL principles, the service delivery team supports our academies in clusters, operating across a number of academies in the local area in conjunction with the National Service Desk to provide incident and problem resolution along with request fulfilment for our users.
The web hosting of the 50 plus Oasis websites and the customisation of our Microsoft Office 365 environment is managed by the IT Development team. Building websites and applications to support the organisation helps to ensure that we are able to leverage the maximum benefit from the technology that is deployed.
The Project Team oversee our capital project delivery function, supporting organisational change programmes along with the implementation of key new technology’s and the integration of new academies into the IT System.
Our National Infrastructure Team manage and upgrade our critical shared infrastructure to make sure that the organisation remains secure and takes advantage of the latest technology available. Our on-premise Microsoft and Cisco infrastructure integrates through to our Virtual Private Microsoft Azure Data Centres.
