We are incredibly proud to share that Oasis Academy Hadley was shortlisted for two prestigious categories at the TES Schools Awards: Excellence in Pupil Enrichment and Inclusive School of the Year.

The TES Schools Awards are widely recognised across the education sector as a benchmark of excellence, celebrating the very best that schools across the country have to offer. To be shortlisted in not just one, but two categories, is a significant achievement and reflects the dedication, passion, and commitment that defines our school communities.

Although the academy did not take home the awards this year, being recognised at a national level is something we are incredibly proud of. It highlights the impact of the work taking place every day at Oasis Academy Hadley and reinforces our belief that what we do truly makes a difference. The awards ceremony was attended by the Academy Leadership Team.

The shortlisting for Excellence in Pupil Enrichment recognises the wide range of opportunities Oasis Academy Hadley provide beyond the classroom. They are committed to ensuring that every student has access to experiences that broaden horizons, nurture talents, and build confidence.

Being recognised in the Inclusive School of the Year category is a powerful affirmation of both the academy's and Oasis's core values. Inclusion sits at the heart of everything the academy does at Hadley and across the Oasis family. They believe that every child, regardless of their background or circumstances, deserves to feel valued, supported and able to succeed, and this nomination is a testament to that commitment.

Principal, Zoë Thompson, shared:

“Our shortlisting for these awards fills me with immense pride. I am incredibly proud of our staff and students, whose commitment, resilience, and passion are evident in everything they do. This recognition reflects the strength of our community and the shared belief that every child can succeed.

Although we did not win, being shortlisted at a national level is a remarkable achievement. It highlights the consistency of our work and the deep care we have for one another. At Oasis Academy Hadley, we are driven by a clear purpose, to serve our families and community and to actively change lives. This moment inspires us to continue striving for excellence and to keep building a school where every young person feels valued, included, and empowered to achieve their potential.”

A huge well done and congratulations to our remarkable staff and students- your dedication, care, and shared commitment are what make achievements like this possible.
