Oasis Community Learning celebrates best ever Key Stage 5 results!

As sixth forms and colleges across the UK see a growth in positive student destinations, Oasis celebrates its most successful A Level and BTEC results to date.  

• Almost four in five of Oasis’s A-Level entries were graded at A* to C (79%), above last year’s national average and what the trust achieved in 2024.  

• Half of Oasis A-Level entries were graded between A* and B (50%), up from 47% last year. The trust also saw close to all entries graded at A* to E (99%), up from 96% in 2024. 

• BTEC qualifications have also improved, with grades of Merit to Distinction* jumping 4%, from 74% last year to 78% this year, while overall pass rates also reached 98%.* 

For the participating Oasis academies, today is about much more than grades, it is about making sure that every young person, regardless of their background, has the very best chance to succeed.

The trust wide improvements follow positive Key Stage 2 SATS results this year, which saw half of Oasis’ primary academies reach or surpass the national average in reading, writing and maths. 

As one of the largest MATs in the country, which teaches over half (53%) students who face a form of disadvantage, Oasis remains committed to providing truly inclusive and holistic educational environments and dedication to closing the widening disadvantage gap.
