A Message From the Principal

I am incredibly proud to be the Principal of Oasis Academy Hadley where we have seen so many great achievements.  Our GCSE results put us in the top 20% nationally and this is because we pride ourselves on being inclusive and championing the gifts and talents of every individual.

We have an established culture of high expectations, where students are taught well and encouraged to develop into well rounded individuals, not just academically, but in arts, sports and also socially.

Oasis Academy Hadley is an inspirational place to learn and work.  Throughout all phases of our academy we have a team of skilled and dedicated staff with a great deal of expertise.  We enjoy building positive learning relationships with students as individuals and have created a learning environment that is safe and secure.

Our parents and carers put their confidence in us and this is something we take extremely seriously.  We are therefore committed to working in partnership to encourage all students to embrace opportunities, always try their best and never give up.

I look forward to meeting you at one of our open events.

Our Region

Welcome to London and the South East (LSE). We are the largest region in Oasis with 14 academies, serving diverse and dynamic communities. Our academies provide education to 9,470 students in early years, primary, secondary and sixth form.

We are very proud of our students’ achievements. During 2022-23, the Oasis curriculum continued to make significant impacts on students learning. Academy improvements resulted in stronger outcomes across the region, at every phase. We are proud of our children at each phase, whether that be those joining reception or those finishing their GCSEs and A-Levels.

We are unquestionably stronger when we work together. Our regional development is underpinned by collective drive, ambition and high expectations for each and every one of our students.

In LSE we thrive on feedback and welcome new ideas and visitors to our academies. So do be in touch with Ella.Marett-Gregory@oasisuk.org if you would like to make contact.

Our Community

The exceptional education we offer is a starting point for providing so much more within our Hub and community.

Oasis Academy Hadley is part of Oasis Community Hub: Hadley. As well as the Academy, the Hub runs a number of services for the community. By ensuring that all these services are joined up and rooted in same ethos we want to see the entire community transformed for the better.

The Hub runs a number of services for the community. By ensuring that all these services are joined up and rooted in same ethos we want to see the entire community transformed for the better.

We have recently been given our own charitable status and are now officially call Oasis Community Hub: Hadley. We hope that this new development will open up many new doors for us and enable us to continue our work within the community.

Our team is made up of 3 Youth Workers and 3 Family Support Workers who work hard to provide a supportive service not just to our students and their families but also our local community. We believe that everyone in Ponders End should feel part of the Oasis Hadley community.
