A warm welcome to Oasis Academy Warndon, an academy where children thrive and excel through nurturing happy hearts, developing and encouraging enquiring minds and providing strong foundations for promising futures.
The adults and children at our academy know we have something very special here. Throughout the academy there is an immediate ethos of warmth and care in relationships we share, which makes our academy and our children's experiences unique and memorable.
Our unrelenting focus on excellent teaching to ensure everyone has access to all future possibilities, is balanced with a real-life, skill-based curriculum. Our progress measures in 2015 were above or well above the national averages and we significantly exceeded the national average for writing and maths in 2016. A bespoke, skill-based curriculum means our children also develop the characteristics important for a successful career. We do this by focusing on collaboration, problem solving, innovation and several other character traits and skills. This means our children are ready for whatever their next step is and strive to reach their potential: ready for whatever the future has to offer them.
Our students achieve a 1/3 of a grade higher in their GCSEs than other schools nationally
‘Provision in the early years and key stages 1 and 2 is a particular strength’ (Ofsted, 2016)
Outstanding Sixth Form University success, 94% of students go to university, 46% to Russell group and top third universities

The exceptional education we offer is a starting point for providing so much more within our Hubs and communities. We believe that this wider inclusive experience is not only an important feature of our Academies, it is the unique selling point of Oasis Community Learning. The purpose of the 'Hub' is to serve the whole person and the whole community. A whole person is someone who is flourishing: socially, physically, emotionally, spiritually, educationally, environmentally and morally.
Our vision is encapsulated by the following five statements:
- a passion to include everyone
- a desire to treat everyone equally, respecting differences
- a commitment to healthy and open relationships
- a deep sense of hope that things can change and be transformed
- a sense of perseverance to keep going for the long haul
On Wednesday 24th January 2018 The Mayor of Worcester, Mayoress of Worcester and Local Councillor cut the ribbon and officially opened the doors to our Community Hub. As many of us are aware what once was the caretakers bungalow has now been transformed into a beautiful hub which can be enjoyed by whole local community.
