This page is designed to introduce some of the IT tools that you can use to support working, teaching and learning from home. It all starts with the OasisZone.

Accessing Resources through the OasisZone ↗

  • Once you've downloaded and read the Accessing the OasisZone Guide to get onto the OasisZone, visit our Remote Working section here

  • Downloading / Installing Microsoft Office software to a personal device.

  • Using Remote Desktop Services to Key applications such as PSF and shared drives (Staff Only)

 

Other Information

Oasis IT will continue to try to offer support to staff when you are working from home. In the first instance Staff should contact their local IT support team Or contact the IT Service Desk (0207 921 4330).

Oasis IT cannot provide direct support to students working from home so Teachers will need to triage support requests and escalate them to IT if they need technical assistance.
